Can I return or exchange an item?

1. Divination products are not eligible for returns.
2. Physical products blessed by a master are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Since these products are blessed and spiritually linked to you, they cannot be resold. Please make your purchases carefully.

What should I do if I need to change my shipping address?
